Refund Policy

As long as the product is not damaged and the packaging is complete, the store accepts unreasonable returns within 7 days. Please contact the store staff to confirm, and then send the product back. The postage and taxes (if any) will be borne by the customer.

If you find that the product is damaged after opening or the store has sent the product by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange a replacement for the customer after confirmation.

Refunds are usually credited to the original method of payment within 7-14 days.

Note that the processing time for refunds depends on the internal procedures of the respective bank or individual card issuer.
